This one-hour special online programme is designed to uplift your energy, boost your immune system, and improve your mood through the power of music. No prior music experience necessary.

This week’s theme is JAPAN. Take a unique journey with the facilitator Kumi Masunaga to her home country and enjoy learning some traditional rhythms, melodies and chants.

You’ll be playing music on your lap, a table or a ‘Found Sound’ instrument in your home. If you have a hand drum, percussion and/or other musical instrument, you are welcome to use them.
